Fill out this form to register for "Plant a Seed, Read" our 2026 Summer Reading Program. 

This is the sign-up for the TEEN SUMMER READING PROGRAM (recommended for ages 11-18). 

Please fill out this registration form for each participant individually (if you are signing yourself up, fill out once. If you are signing yourself and someone else up, fill one out for each family member, in accordance with their correct age group). 

Once you sign up, we will email you the packet of challenges for you to download and print. Or, you may pick up your packet in-person at the circulation desk at the library.
